We’ve been able to introduce new logic to the CRM, making it behave in ways it wasn’t designed to do, in other words, we think we’ve made DealerSocket better! Our commitment to you is to cause minimum disruption with the new process and to build one that complements your store’s way of doing things, not force you to do things our way.

Industry Leading Training

Without training, there is no learning, so we supplement each step of the way with eLearning components and videos, so no one is left behind. Using a robust CRM could be a daunting task, but we’ve figured out ways to get the most out of DealerSocket with minimum push back from your sales teams.

You say Data, We say Datah

We are a tech company that makes data-driven decisions. We collect, analyze, and implement changes to your CRM in accordance with what the data is saying. We don’t put strategies together because we “think” it’s going to work, we make calculated decisions to help your store sell more inventory.

YouTube is Our Friend!

The Fly Process Method uses YouTube as the primary teaching method, where videos are used in the following capacity:

  • Strategy – videos are used to explain a specific strategy so it can be discussed and tweaked before in-store implementation.
  • Manager Training – videos explaining the “Manager” role inside the new strategies are created, so the Sales Managers understand the new changes and are comfortable being a support resource during the transition.
  • Sales Training – videos are created explaining the steps a salesperson needs to take to operate the newly deployed strategy effectively.

Every time a new thought process begins that eventually develops into a strategy, videos are an integral part so we can minimize disruption and maintain user buy-in.

The Fly Process Method also supplements training with eLearning tools hosted on our LMS platform. There, the courses that were once a YouTube reference video are converted into proper eLearning modules complete with Knowledge Assessments, Quizzes, Certification Tracks, Reporting, Certificates, and more.

Rico Olinger - Enhanced DealerSocket Consultant

Rico begins his career in automotive as a pre-owned car salesman in 2006. The following years he would have seen action as a New Vehicle Sales Executive, Leasing Manager, Internet Manager, Sales Manager and the last role he held before starting Fly Process was that of Digital Operations Manager for a large automotive group in Canada.

Rico has been using and 'poking holes' at DealerSocket since 2014 and has been able to introduce different selling and follow-up logic that effectively makes the CRM "better" in his opinion. In 2019, Greg Reynolds (former DealerSocket CTO) invited Rico to speak at DSUS 2019 in Anaheim to a sold-out session.

Rico is passionate about teaching dealers how to make the most out of their CRM and deals only with DealerSocket clients.
